Yoghurt, Granola & Berries Breakfast Cup

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp  Maple Syrup
  • Handful of Mixed Frozen Berries
  • Greek Yoghurt 
  • Handful of Granola 

Instructions

  • In a small pan, cook down frozen berries for about 10-15 minutes and then add a sweetener (I used maple syrup) and mix it in well
  • Once the berries mixture is ready, start layering your ingredients 
  • Add the yoghurt, berries and top with the granola 
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer your granola pot a bit sweeter, you can always top this with honey 
  • You can also experiment with other frozen fruits
