Yoghurt, Granola & Berries Breakfast Cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp  Maple Syrup
  • Handful of Mixed Frozen Berries
  • Greek Yoghurt 
  • Handful of Granola 

Method
 

  1. In a small pan, cook down frozen berries for about 10-15 minutes and then add a sweetener (I used maple syrup) and mix it in well
  2. Once the berries mixture is ready, start layering your ingredients 
  3. Add the yoghurt, berries and top with the granola 
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer your granola pot a bit sweeter, you can always top this with honey 
  • You can also experiment with other frozen fruits
