Method
- In a small pan, cook down frozen berries for about 10-15 minutes and then add a sweetener (I used maple syrup) and mix it in well
- Once the berries mixture is ready, start layering your ingredients
- Add the yoghurt, berries and top with the granola
- Enjoy!
Notes
- If you prefer your granola pot a bit sweeter, you can always top this with honey
- You can also experiment with other frozen fruits
