frozen strawberries
you can freeze your own strawberries at home

frozen bananas
you can freeze your own bananas at home

milk
I used almond milk
any topping of choice
I used fresh strawberries, fresh bananas and desiccated coconut

Method
Add the frozen strawberries and bananas in a blender
Add the milk
Blend until smoothie is a thick consistency
Pour into bowl and add toppings of choice
