Strawberry and Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries you can freeze your own strawberries at home
  • 1 cup frozen bananas you can freeze your own bananas at home
  • 1/2 cup milk I used almond milk
  • any topping of choice I used fresh strawberries, fresh bananas and desiccated coconut 

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen strawberries and bananas in a blender
  2. Add the milk 
  3. Blend until smoothie is a thick consistency 
  4. Pour into bowl and add toppings of choice
  5. Enjoy :)
