Strawberry and Banana Smoothie Bowl

- 1 cup frozen strawberries you can freeze your own strawberries at home
- 1 cup frozen bananas you can freeze your own bananas at home
- 1/2 cup milk I used almond milk
- any topping of choice I used fresh strawberries, fresh bananas and desiccated coconut
Add the frozen strawberries and bananas in a blender
Add the milk
Blend until smoothie is a thick consistency
Pour into bowl and add toppings of choice
