Start by adding the peanut butter, honey and extract in a bowl and mix together and then mix in the oats and fold in the chocolate chips
Add the mixture to a lined baking tray and press down until all at one level
For the toppings, in a heat safe bowl, heat the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 15-30 seconds intervals and once done, properly mix the 2 ingredients together until fully melted
Once toppings are ready, pour the chocolate over the oatmeal base and spread evenly. Then add the peanut butter over the chocolate layer and make swirls using a butter knife
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until the toppings are completely solid
Once ready, cut into squares and enjoy!
