Start off by slicing the croissants into thin slices and layer them in a baking a tray
Then, in a separate bowl, mix all the other ingredients together
Once this is done, pour your mixture over the croissants and put in the oven for about 15 minutes on 200C
Whilst croissants are in the oven, wash and dry your berries
After 15 minutes or when croissant bake is almost done, place the berries on top and put it back in the oven until golden brown
Once out of the oven, dust with cinnamon and powdered sugar as desired and serve warm
