Chocolate and Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

Smoothie
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup raspberries 
  • 1 cup plant based milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
Toppings
  • Handful of raspberries
  • Handful of granola 
  • Cacao nibs 

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie is of a thick consistency 
  2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings to enjoy 

Notes

If you prefer a very thick consistency, I would recommend using frozen raspberries and frozen bananas.
