peanut butter

maple syrup

rolled oats
Toppings
Handful of raspberries
Handful of granola
Cacao nibs
Instructions
Add all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie is of a thick consistency
Pour into a bowl and add toppings to enjoy
Notes
If you prefer a very thick consistency, I would recommend using frozen raspberries and frozen bananas.
