Apple Pie Overnight Oats
An easy and filling breakfast recipe to kickstart your day

Ingredients
Overnight Oats Base
- 1 cup rolled oats (I used gluten free oats for this recipe)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground ginger
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Apple Topping
- 1 apple (cut into small cubes)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all overnight oats base ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- On medium heat, add apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and sauté until apples start to soften
- Remove apple topping from heat and let them cool for about 5 minutes
- Add half of apples into oats and mix, top oats with the other half
- Store in fridge overnight and enjoy 🍂
